You just need a Google account to create Feed burner account. Login into www.feedbuner.com with your google account.

1. Create account
2. Create Feed
3. Set your blogger feed to the feedburner
4. promote your feed burner feed
   
5. Allow users to subscribe via e-mail

CREATE ACCOUNT

Login with your google id into this link www.feedburner.com . It will request you to enter google account.

CREATE FEED
Did you see "Burn a feed right this instant. Type your blog or feed address here."
Enter your blog address in that text box.
for example: I am entering "http://rajumopidevi.blogspot.com" and click on next.

you may or maynot get this window as shown in above image. select RSS: , click on next

SET YOUR BLOGGER FEED TO FEED BURNER
Put your own feed Address in the text box. I replaced "blogspot/kWbs" with "MopideviRaju".
Few more "next" button clicks you can successfully update the feed.
Now your feed address is like " http://feeds.feedburner.com/MopideviRaju"
Now paste this URL at your blogger settings => site feed
click on save
This allows "Blogger will redirect all feed traffic for your blog to your Feed Burner feed".

PROMOTE YOUR FEED BURNER FEED
at your feedburner home page, you will see the tabs "Analyze, Optimize, Publicize, Monetize,Troubleshootize"
click on Publicize => chicklet chooser => you need to select 3 radio button type options.

checkout a list box Use as a widget in "blogger" click GO.
Now this will add a widget to your blog.

ALLOW USERS TO SUBSCRIBE VIA E-MAIL OPTION
Go to Feed Burner home page => Publicize => E-mail Subscriptions => click on Activate.
